4,000 Military Deaths in Iraq Vigils

What:  Vigils to remember the 4,000 US miltary killed in Iraq
When:  First Saturday following announcement of the 4,000th death
Where:  Visalia, Tulare, Porterville

The vigils will take place on the Saturday following the 4,000th death at the following locations:

Monthly Peace Demonstrations

What:  SVPC Monthly Peace Demonstration
When:  First Sunday of each month, 1:00 - 2:30 PM
Where:  Northwest corner of Mooney and Walnut

SVPC has peace demonstrations the first Sunday of each month. Come out and demonstrate for peace.  Bring a sign with your favorite peace message.  Here are some ideas 1 and 2.

What:  SVPC Meetings
When:  Fourth Sunday of each month, 1:00 PM
Where:  Visalia Friends Meetinghouse

SVPC meets on the fourth Sunday of each month at 1:00 PM at the Visalia Friends Meetinghouse, which is north of Highway 198 east of Visalia at 17208 Avenue 296. Everyone is welcome to help plan future SVPC events and actions.
